Delete Your Toss Account
You can request the deletion of your Toss account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We will process your request within 30 days.
How to request account deletion

Send an email to hello@tossit.app with the subject line "Account deletion request".

Include the email address associated with your Toss account.

We will confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted ?

A note on delivered emails
Toss forwards your captures as emails to the destination(s) you choose, via Resend, our email delivery provider.
Resend retains a copy of sent email content for 30 days, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted.
Emails that have already been delivered to a recipient's inbox cannot be recalled.
This is a fundamental technical limitation of email as a protocol and applies to all email services.
We have no ability to delete emails from a recipient's inbox.
