Frequently asked questions
Does Toss integrate directly with Todoist, Notion, Odoo or my CRM?
Toss sends email. If the tool accepts email input (most do), point a destination at that address and you are integrated. There is nothing to connect or authorise.
Can two destinations share one email address?
Yes. Give them different subject tags and let your filters do the sorting. Work → work@company.com [Work], Support → work@company.com [Support].
Who is the sender of the email?
Emails are sent by Toss with your display name and your default address as reply-to, so replies come back to you.
What about the free plan?
Free has one destination: your sign-in address. Everything goes there. Pro adds unlimited named destinations with their own address, tag and AI style.
